Copy HTML-Code. | For HTML authors a function is implemented, that is only available, if the player is started atandalone, which means by double-clicking on a local o2c-file. The context-menu has two additional menu-rows. A dialog box appears to insert the (relative) URL of the o2c-object. If the o2c-object is in the same directory as the html-document, no change is necessary. The necessary HTML-code is copied to the windows clipboard and can be pasted into the HTML-document, as desired. |
Show All | Setting the object to the default display-parameters. |
Load object | You can load a new object into the player e.g. from a local drive. |
Save bitmap | Saves a bitmap of the object. This can take a few minutes, depending on the parameters, e.g. with ray tracing. |
Save object | Save the o2c-object to your local drive. |
Animation | Nothing needs to be done to make things come to life. The display of product-inherent and real-life animation sequences not only shows the object in its three-dimensional form but also presents its functions and lets it explain itself, merely by looking at it. Thus, a wardrobe may open its doors, point out its constructive elements, and present its interior. Where several animation steps are available in an object, these may be started separately from the context menu. |
Show preview | If the loaded o2c-object contains a preview, you can switch between 3D-view and preview. |
Background | Two kinds of background are possible: Background color: Select a background-color out of the standards or insert the RGB-value. Background image: You can use an image as background, that can be tiled or full screen. |
Display modes | The objects can be presented in different ways. A representation can include textures or not. The O2C-player supports the representation as a wire-frame model with hidden edges - a form of representation typical for technical needs.
|
Control panel | The control panel offers additional comfort viewing the object. |
Automatic rotation | The object rotates, as "kicked off" by the user. |
Walk through | Switch on and off the walkthrough mode with this context menu item or by pressing F2. Note: The walkthrough is similar to Arcon. While pressing the left mouse button, the position of the mouse controls direction and speed of the movement. The cursor changes its look to help the user. The following functions are available in the walkthrough mode:
